Landal GreenParks adds a new park in North Holland: Landal Berger Duinen

Landal GreenParks is adding a holiday park in the North Holland dune region between the villages of Bergen and Schoorl. 72 luxury leisure homes are being developed here and Landal will exclusively take care of the rental and management. The first Landal guests are expected to be welcomed in the summer of 2020.

Landal Berger Duinen will be a unique holiday park with plenty of options for both active and relaxing vacations. In terms of architecture, the 72 luxury holiday homes fit perfectly into this beautiful environment and the different housing types vary in size (4, 6 and 8 people). In addition to the comfort homes, a number of types have a luxury or even an ultra-luxury wellness version, including a lounge bath, outdoor fireplace and a thatched roof.

The park will have a reception building with a small mini-market and bicycle rental. For further facilities, guests can make use of the extensive provisions in the nearby villages of Schoorl and Bergen.

Attractive environment

Landal Berger Duinen is an excellent starting point for walks through the Schoorl Dunes and the beach. The dune area is also included in the extensive cycling route network of the Brede Duinenroute, so that guests can also discover many sights by bike, including the artists' village of Bergen, the fashionable seaside resort of Bergen aan Zee and the picturesque centre of Schoorl. Landal Berger Duinen is also ideally situated for day trips to historic places in Alkmaar, Hoorn or even Amsterdam.

“We have great confidence in the rental opportunity of a holiday park in this beautiful location in the Schoorl Dunes. This region attracts many visitors from the Netherlands and abroad throughout the year and we are proud to be able to offer our guests this attractive destination,” said Dirk Anbeek, general manager of Landal GreenParks. “This expansion fits in with our growth ambition. We mainly want to strengthen our presence in existing markets, with the Netherlands as an important basis. Two months ago, we announced the new park, Landal De Vlinderhoeve, near Lochem in Gelderland, Landal Kaatsheuvel will open this fall and we are looking forward to the opening of Landal Berger Duinen.”

Development

The park is being developed on a former camping site by Kopare Leisure Development, which has since started selling to private investors. For sales information, see www.hetduyndomein.nl
