Landal GreenParks launches multifunctional guest app
Landal GreenParks is launching a special guest app for smartphones and tablets. The app, which is packed with practical information about the company’s parks and provides ideas and tips for activities both in and around its resorts, will make it easier for holidaymakers to find their way around. Guests will be able to view information and book and pay for activities, or mark them as favourites, whenever and wherever they like. The Landal GreenParks app will be available for download from the App Store and Google Play from 14 December.
The app will eventually provide information on all Landal GreenParks resorts, with information on the parks in Denmark and Great Britain due to be added at a later stage. A separate app is available for Hof van Saksen, offering the same options.
Information and bookings
The Landal GreenParks app provides information about the activities being organised at each of the resorts and about local sights and attractions. The restaurants at each particular park are also listed. Guests can use the app to book a table. They can also save their preferred facilities and activities as favourites.
In addition, the app lists the opening hours for all facilities, along with the contact details for reception, the nearest family doctor and the nearest pharmacy.
Growing demand for digital
“Our app will make it easier for our guests to choose from the huge range of activities on offer in and around our resorts,” explains Commercial Director for Landal GreenParks Erik van Essen. “The guest app is the perfect response to the growing demand for digital convenience from both guests and our own staff. Guests will now be able to view, book and pay for facilities and activities wherever they are and whenever they like, using their smartphone or tablet. The app provides a good overview of the activities on offer, enabling guests to plan their holiday as they wish.”
