Landal GreenParks is expanding with a unique holiday destination by the water: Landal Marina Resort Well in North Limburg. At Lake Leukermeer, an approximately 80-hectare recreational lake between the River Maas and De Maasduinen National Park, 148 luxury holiday homes and 34 apartments are being built. The Van Wiefferen family, who have been running the adjacent five-star holiday park Leukermeer for 36 years, are developing the new resort. Guests will soon be able to use the existing facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, lidos, a supermarket, gym, beach club, marina, aqua park and other water activities. Landal GreenParks is going to rent out the new resort in collaboration with Vakantie & Resort Leukermeer. The construction of phase 1 has started, which consists of various luxury accommodation for 2 to 20 people.

Landal Marina Resort Well has plenty of space and peace and quiet for everyone. The resort is by the water and some of the holiday homes come with their own boat jetty. It is ideal for water sports enthusiasts since Lake Leukermeer is directly connected to the Maas. The resort has various beaches around the lake. Varied supply of holiday homes

Almost all the high-quality holiday homes, varying in size from 4- to 20-people, are detached and are being build on spacious plots. Many have a waterfront terrace and views of Lake Leukermeer and a private boat jetty. A number of life-course proof holiday homes will be created, and various upgrade options are available.

Apartments

The exclusive apartments located directly on the harbour and the beach at Landal Marina Resort Well are divided over three complexes and they have private parking. Due to the location on a headland, you have an amazing view of Lake Leukermeer on all sides from the private terrace. There are various 2- and 4-people apartments available, some with a sauna.

Landal Marina Resort Well is in Well, a picturesque Maas village within the Municipality of Bergen. This green municipality is situated at the tip of Limburg, close to the German border.
