Landal GreenParks is closely following the developments surrounding the outbreak of the coronavirus/COVID-19 and is taking suitable measures for the safety of staff, guests and homeowners. Landal GreenParks is following the official recommendations of the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the European authorities in the countries where our parks are located.
Measures
We are taking the current global situation very seriously and have taken sufficient measures at the parks to reduce the risks of infection according to the recommendations of the RIVM. These are avoiding physical contact, coughing in the inside of the elbow, washing hands regularly with soap (for 20-40 seconds), using paper tissues and throwing them away directly after use, maintaining distance from people with symptoms of illness, and the advice to stay at home with symptoms of illness (applies to staff) and to remain in the accommodation (for guests).
Landal GreenParks is prepared at any time to further tighten up our working methods, processes and procedures, depending on developments in the countries Landal operates in.
Change bookings at no charge
Due to the coronavirus, we have changed the conditions for changing bookings at no charge. As of today, it is also possible to change bookings for free within 28 days before departure. Changing bookings at no charge will mainly be possible at the same park for a period of stay in 2020. This also applies to situations where people don’t want to or can’t travel due to negative travel advice or cancelled flights.
Please note that in the paragraph above applies that the total amount of your booking will remain the same or become a bit higher.
