New Landal Les Etoiles offers guests nature, adventure and culture in the Ardennes

Landal is expanding in Belgium once again

Landal GreenParks is expanding again with a park in Belgium. Following the opening of Landal Mooi Zutendaal in Belgian Limburg in January of this year, guests can visit Landal Les Etoiles, set in a beautiful location to the south of Dinant in the Ardennes, with a panoramic view over the Meuse valley, from 1 April.

Landal Les Etoiles is an existing park for which we are taking over rentals as of 1 April this year. The park consists of 175 detached wooden chalets for 4, 6 and 8 persons. The facilities in the park include a reception, park shop, lounge bar and restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and sauna, various playing facilities and cycle hire, to name but a few.

"This fourth Landal park in Belgium is a wonderful addition for guests who love nature, adventure and culture. It is great that we will be able to offer our Belgian guests two new destinations in their own country within just a few months of one another. There is also considerable interest from the Netherlands and Germany", states Thomas Heerkens, General Director of Landal GreenParks.

Due to its special location on a hill, this park is an ideal base for outdoor activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, abseiling, speleology, zip wiring, kayaking or rafting. A number of walking and cycle routes begin at the park and the surrounding area also has a great deal to offer. The small old towns and villages and the various castles and ruins in the surrounding area make this area an interesting holiday destination for culture lovers. Places such as Dinant, Beauraing, Namur, Durbuy and Bouillon with its castle of the same name and Walibi Belgium nearby are highly recommended. This region is also home to the famous Caves of Han.
